Comparison of synchronous telerehabilitation and home-based upper limb resistance exercise programs in people with paraplegia: A randomized, controlled, double-blind study.
Observation and source date: 22 July 2026. This edition uses PubMed Date-Publication records; that field is not a peer-review completion date.
In 21 people with paraplegia, six weeks of resistance training improved outcomes within the synchronous telerehabilitation group, but post-treatment between-group differences were not significant.
The small study does not show added efficacy of remote supervision.
