Bioprinting screening covered bioprinting, 3D bioprinting, biofabrication, bioink, bioprinted tissue, in situ bioprinting and explicitly linked additive manufacturing; inert implants, dental models, surgical guides and teaching models were excluded.
Pig Matrix integrates genomic, transcriptomic, epigenomic and 3D-genome data; the paper reports seven omics layers, 16 library types, 7,959 processed files and 1,170 libraries.
